While MARS HILL AUDIO Journal subscriptions are postage-paid (with the exception of non-U.S. subscriptions; see foreign shipping surcharges below for details), shipping and handling charges apply to all other items, including back issues of the Journal. Orders to non-U.S. addresses are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service only.

Express Shipping costs are increasingly due to rising fuel costs. The Express Shipping costs reflected in your order confirmation therefore may not be accurate! The precise UPS rates can be found on the UPS website by clicking here, inputting our Origin Zip Code: 22968, finding your zone in the downloaded chart, and then checking your zone against the Daily Rate and Service Guide found here.
Generally, the farther away your shipping destination is from Virginia, the closer the shipping cost will be to the high end of the relevant range in the table above.
Next Day service is via UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered by 3:00pm of the next business day for commercial addresses, by the end of the next business day for residential addresses).
2-Day service is via UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered by the end of the second business day, commercial or residential).
Please note the following:
- We do not process and ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
- Orders for express shipping must be received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time in order to ship that same day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped on the following business day.
- Overnight shipping is available to United States addresses only.
- Orders for overnight shipping are subject to credit card approval.
