Edward Tenner

Edward Tenner is an independent writer, speaker, and consultant on technology and culture. His book Why Things Bite Back: Technology and the Revenge of Unintended Consequences has been an international bestseller. His most recent book is Our Own Devices: The Past and Future of Body Technology. His past professional posts include serving as a visiting researcher in Princeton University's department of geological and geophysical sciences. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
