Thomas H. Naylor

The late Thomas H. Naylor was professor emeritus of economics at Duke University, the author of thirty books, and a founder of the Second Vermont Republic (2003). He co-authored Downsizing the U.S.A. and The Abandoned Generation: Rethinking Higher Education.
