Joel Halldorf

Joel Halldorf is a Swedish professor of church history, author, and public intellectual. His research and writing focus on evangelicalism, Christianity and politics, and the history of reading. He is a professor at University College Stockholm and regularly contributes to major Scandinavian newspapers and cultural journals. His writing has also appeared in American publications including The Atlantic, Comment, and Commonweal. His latest English-language book is Reading Matters: A History for the Digital Age.
