Every volume of the Journal produced since November 1999 (Volume 40) is now available to members in our catalog, and on the first Friday of each month, we will highlight one of these archived collections of interviews. The entire highlighted volume will be available for one month to members and to anyone who signs up for a free Visitor’s Pass.*

Volume 67 of the Journal, produced in May 2004, is this month’s free sample volume. In this Friday Feature you will hear excerpts from interviews with Eric Jacobsen, a pastor in a small town who believes that Christians should pay more attention to the blessings of urban life; with Allan Carlson, who has documented ways in which government policies were once unapologetically pro-family; with R. R. Reno about spiritual lethargy and the Postmodern fear of personal change; with Terence Nichols, who would like to see the recovery of a view of nature closer to that of the Psalms; with David Bentley Hart, about the necessity of recognizing the source of beauty in the giving and loving of the Trinity; and with J.A.C. Redford and Scott Cairns, composer and poet, about spiritual challenges and rewards in their creative collaboration.
