On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the Eliot Society will host its next Living Room Series event: a gathering to listen to Franz Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony. Musician and former Director of Worship Arts (Church of the Resurrection, Washington, D.C.) Stephen Horst will guide attendees through the symphony, pausing at various moments to share what to listen for and to discuss what listeners are hearing. This event will take place in Crownsville, Maryland.
