How to activate an existing account on this website
If you’ve purchased audio products from us or had a subscription to the Journal, you can listen to that content on or download it from this website. If you have never logged in to to this new website, you will need to activate your account first, since our new system requires that you re-set your password. Then you may log in to your account to see what’s available on the MY LIBRARY page. For instructions about this procedure, see this page.

How to recover the Gift Card scheduling e-mail
After ordering MHA Gift Cards, you will receive 2 e-mails from us: the first is a generic confirmation of your order, the second contains a button which takes you to a webpage on which you can schedule delivery of the e-mail notification of your gift. If you didn’t notice reception of that e-mail or have deleted it, here’s how to get a copy of it:

How to update the app on your mobile device
If you have previously installed version 1 of our app on your phone or tablet, you will need to update to version 2 in order to listen to audio content you've purchased.
How to update Android apps manually
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available.”
4. Tap Update.
How to update iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad apps manually
1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes.
4. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
Once the new version of the app is installed, you’ll need to sign in to your account in order to listen to items in your Library. Instructions about signing in to the app are on this page.
